Shanan, I think sour cream is fine. Linda asked if it was allowed on induction. I don't see it at all in my Atkin's 72 book, but I think ML has it on her 68 list. In small quantities.

ML, Here is the best stevia powder, I think. This is from netrition.
NuNaturals NuStevia Pure White Stevia Extract Powder This kind has no filler, no maltodextrin. You only use a tiny bit per serving, it lasts a long time. NOW Stevia Extract Powder (Better Stevia) But, this one is just as good. I found I have to use about twice as much. But it is cheaper. I like both, just get whichever you can find with no maltodextrin or other fillers. The serving size is a very small amount because it is very potent. |

I think Linda got the Now because she mentioned the spoon, it is tiny. No spoon in the NuNaturals Nustevia.
But there are many products out there, liquids too. Be sure to read the labels and don't buy fillers. Good luck with your hunt! BTW, I use this stevia in everything from candy to pudding to cole slaw dressing. It is good! ![]() Can you tell I haven't had a sweet in a day and a half! I should mail you my bottles, I have one of each stevia. |

That feeling is the one I want. I want to feel my bones. Dianna you keep your stevia. You will need it one day and it keeps for a very very long time. I am going to try my best to find the plant. Next spring I hope to have it growing all around me. And if I am successful I will send yall some of it. auntie Em raises it and puts a leaf in her tea. I'm fairly good at raising things. always had a little green thumb. My mawma passed this on to me. ![]() Here comes the thunder again! ![]() I am amazed I have spell check!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() :jump joy:I ant sure but I think I have Cheri to thank! I cannot stop at 5 bites ... not if my life depended on it. That is one reason I never had that weight loss surgery where they make your stomach into a tiny pouch. I would lose whatever I have left of my mind. That is why atkins /lc works for me. When I am not hungry I dont eat but if I have a day I need to eat, bring on the bacon! ROTFLOL I am a nut, hun?

Just got back from taking Mom shopping, oh my word, the sugar in that cart!!! And rye bread, white bread, cinn raisin bread (YUM), and ENGLISH MUFFINS!!!!! $150 worth of nothing! The meat I could have bought with that.
Mom is getting more confused and feeble though, I worry so much! She agrees that carbs are bad, "but I've lived this long eating them and I think I'm doing pretty good" is what she says. I can't bear to say "I don't want to grow old the way you have, if I can help it." ML, I'm still thinking about the Stevia, the first time I went meat only, sweet free, I took two big bags of LC products to the curb and the trash man took them. 2 1/2 months later, I deciced to eat sweets again cuz I hadn't lost any weight. I had to buy new stuff!

Shanan you have some bad weather headed toward you. Buckle everything down.... I am just hanging out waiting for that call. I guess I can come here and pretend....one lap..two lap...three lap... I know this for sure. MY swimming pool will be but up when it cools off. Yes it will be put up. I should have stomped my feet this spring. But I had miss-givings about putting it up without a proper fence. Spring last year a grandma was taking care of her grand kids. The little one was not being watched. She was 2 years old. So sad. So bad. Grandma will never be the same. It happened here. Not on sons place but this community. Son was friends to them all. He went over to their house and tore the pool down and hauled it to the metal scrap yard. This happened early last summer. Before we moved back home. We will be putting up a barrier nothing can climb over. Barbwire! They outlawed razor wire here. |
