Ty for the welcome

Sweetlady UD!
Havent planned my menu really but there is going to be something with flat bread and I am going to make linda sue's tuna casserole today.

Lindaboca I wish I could be like others and have whatever I want that would be nice wouldnt it?!
My bod is so sensitive to certain foods.
Give it some time with the Raspberry ketones...And drink up on your fluids.
I started taking those and kept taking them for 3months..
I really felt like they worked well for my metabolism, they gave me energy.
(to help keep up w/my workouts)
I stopped to try something els as far as a fat burner, but think I am going to go back to them.

soontbsexy WTG! w/205

Yes do come over to the funky cold madina side~ I'll bet on it....I know you would drop some lbs.
(lc style only)
Ditto~ ML on the DD's!!! I struggle on those days and I am not diabetic...You would have to find a way to keep your sugar levels level.
I want to see a pic of Mr B..

Hey! I'll be your trainer!!! Kinda like "I'll be your huckleberry"
You wouldnt like it cause I would have you do what I am doing.

sweetldy Ditto w/the medium build - I wish I could look athletic but I have some girls that take away from that look..
MG and TOPAZ give me a hard time w/it sometimes, its funny!
Double D's (DD) AND (Jugs)
Its all in fun

anna See your going to have to come in more to keep up. You have 3more friends posting now

I just read the most interesting article about new discoveries about Alzheimer's...they now are saying that it is caused by brain developing insulin resistance, in fact they are calling it type 3 diabetes ... so a natural cure says the article is low carb high fat diet ... the article even recommends coconut oil.

wow cool!

We can't post links here, if anyone wants the link , message me privately.

Dr. A was a burbon drinker (I think) - that on the rocks with a twist of lime.

Tonic has lots of carbs - Diet Tonic ok. Flavored Vodka and Diet tonic would work. Plain vodka and plain tonic - no taste.

I like Gin and a wee bit of triple sec on the rocks too.

Of course, you can always have rum and diet coke or burbon w/diet 7 up.

I like Parrot Run Passion Fruit rum w/diet orange on ocassion.

Use w/caution - adult drinks are not condusive to weight loss. Drink a ton of water w/a little lemon to flush out your liver.

It is my understanding that alcohol, other than beer, is OK.
I don't believe it will cause you to put on fat but I am pretty sure it will stop fat loss for a time.
It is my understanding that instead of burning fat your body will burn the alcohol.
Once it is out of your system you go back to burring fat.
Some people can drink and continue to lose just fine.
Everyone is different.
I really think the only way to find out is to experiment.
Ever since I have started this WOE I can drink very little.
After one glass of wine I feel kind of drunk and then hung over the next day.
That's one glass!!!!
I don't like how it makes me feel any more so I almost never drink.
By the way I love diet tonic water!!!!

I am so happy and glad this thread is moving. I love it when we can't catch up

I just finished eating low sodium bacon which I had to salt. I get it because it is sugar free. I ate 4 small eggs, fried.

I was going to make this a LC down day and I forgot.
I had already drank 3 mugs of coffee when I remembered.
I drink it with hwc and co.

Blue, I am not on carbs yet . I have just cut down the ginormous portions and it worked so far. I agree when I add carbs I have to find the right balance. Wow, me too on the hips. I have gone down a few sizes but I still see a fat whale in the mirror!!

Heather, Blue is right on. I had to cut the enormous portions I was eating. I am also eating more fish and chicken. I love rabbits but doggy doesn't !! CO made me sick too at first. ML used to drink so much of it and I tried to do the same. I stick to 1 TB in my am coffee and that's all I can tolerate. I feel good too but just get tired to easily. Started back at the gym and can hardly move today. Hopefully the ACV will kick in too.

JUDD, thanks for the infor. I started month 2 and I am glad I don't have to throw them out as they are pricey.

Soontobe, way to go on the weight loss. Cambridge is the brand associated with your plan? Sounds easy to follow with the products.

OK re the ACV. I have been reading the info. I got from the link ebeads sent me. It says to take it for 2 weeks then stop for a week and start again on another 2 week cycle?????Any thoughts? Boy it sure cures what ails you . I actually used it on my face as a toner last night. Thought I would smell but I didn't. Pretty much everything ML said about not taking it straight ,diluting it and using a straw is what they advocate.

ebeads please email me. I have been so worried about muself lately. Can't finish a sentence sometimes, and loss of word retrival. Poor memory too. Maybe it's my advanced age, 68 but I am scared and plan to talk to Doc at my next visit.

Never drank, never liked the taste of it especialy beer, so I am OK in that dept. Drink my coffee black, always have. I don't use the cream or whatever you all use. Sometimes a Stevia.

ML, I hope the UD, DD is working for you. Sending good thoughts and strength your way for success.

Linda

I haven't been able to wear a 36 or a 38 since I was 12...

When mama came to me with my first bra and girdle, I said you have got to be kidding. And NO way I am ever gona wear that crap.

Told her the same thing when she brought me the things to strap on for TOM. I said the same thing. She said well you can just sit where you are at for the next week...
Have any of you ever seen that things women used in the early 60s? gross

Yes I am so glad you brought this up! My son has told me that too and I keep meaning to talk about it. Nathleen started drinking it too. She called me a few days ago and had to take her mama in law to the hospital. She had broken her back.

Nathleen missed several days of drinking the ACV. She said she was hurting all over. It had almost completely removed all of her pain! She has a lot of pain. Knee surgery on top of a truck load of other problems. I was going to tell her yesterday but she called as I was driving up from town. So I didn't get to talk to her about it then either.

Son read take and stagger doses. Amount and times a day. This is after the first two weeks.

Something else too. I have seen some say it didn't help them. Well you really cant see inside and who knows how happy your body is from the juice

Someone is taking their supplements before bed. I wouldn't do that. Our liver's need rest too.....Needs to be taken about 30 mins. after a meal with fat for most things. Water soluble is fine on a empty stomach. J/S

ML It's hard to explain how to post a pic.
You have to be able to take the pic off your camera to your computer (w/chip or USB cord)
Then download them to whichever file you choose..And after that its a whole other process..I click on manage attachments then upload and post in the thread.
(Its a process) But once you get it figured out you wont even think about what your doing you'll just do it.
I got rid of my original 217lbs picture that I had on the computer..
I have one of back in April this yr w/me standing to the wall..
And here is my face..I dont want to put it in my avi for privacy so you just get to see it here Hair is more bldn now.
Ty ML
When I was heavy it took all I had to muster up the energy to go out and let my chickens out of their house...And feed the dogs.
I had no energy it was puttered out.
Now TG I have more energy and feel much much better.

Only one I have is my face when I was 217lbs.
Same time I took this pic I did another one in the bathroom against the wall same clothes..You could see my "muffin Top" and I was pretty heavy in the hips...Size 16 jeans fitting me snug. (I dont have that one anymore.)
This was X-Mas time last yr
