Meat and some salad I recond...i'm sorry you cant eat eggs Is it both the white and yellow? If you can find Auntie Em I bet she can really help you. I will go look for you if you dont mind.... |

I'm not sure if it's the whites or the yolks. I was eating eggs EVERY day for the past 2 months and then one day started itching after eating some. I've cut them out of my diet and haven't itched since. I can't have my favorite dressings or mayo either
