New to the site
Hello,Let me introduce myself..I'm Nonna,a fellow Atkineer
I have been on my journey since March 3,2011,when I started on the newest version of Atkins.I have lost,stalled,dropped back to the old version,lost a little more and stalled again.During all this time I have gotten pretty good at maintaining.
While searching this morning I ran across this site.I am hoping for some advice and support.On the Atkins site,it was totally frowned upon to even try the original plan.
Lately,I have gone off plan,eating sugar,and have started to bounce a little too high.
Today,I have begun re-reading DADR and following the meal plans Dr. Atkins has in the book.Made a fresh batch of revol rolls and made it through breakfast and lunch.
I am a bit confused on the cheese front.On page 137 under cheeses,it states no cream cheese or cheese spreads on level 1.On page 163,level 1,meal plan,Snack,stuffed celery,page 252 recipes.Both recipes have cream cheese in them.
Now since I already know I am cheese sensitive,I won't be having any but,I did want to follow the meals as Dr.Atkins has written them as close as possible.
This is the beginning of new leg of my journey.

Nonna I am sure someone on this thread will reply to you. I accidentally posted on this thread! I have done this a few times, as in the above post. April 8 was the last post before mine. I am sorry I have done this again.
I am on the other 72. You can wait to see if anyone else will reply or come to the other 72. And you might have already done this.
