Annabel think of all the pounds you are gona lose on this thread....I have had one person leave the thread because she could not lose weight. I think she was in college. I hated she gave up! Youth was so many years fat they have a SAD time for the remaining years trying to loss the pounds that stack on year after year! I sure am mad at marylouise for wasting my young years FAT! Or fluffy as some have got me saying.. BUT FAT IS STILL FAT!


My new wireless keyboard is giving me a fit...I am having a time to get it to put down a key I hit! :-(

I just hit 160. I thought I had already gotten there before and found out my scale was weigh off. So now it's nice to know I really hit it. Maryl. I'm coming for you....

Wow I am running in and out all day.
I drop the kids off/pick at two different schools and then go visit my 91 year old Mom everyday. By the time a get a second to come on here I feel like I am so far behind! I am trying to read this part 2 thread. Plus we have only one computer so I have to share once everyone gets home. I am going to have to read tonight when every one is sleeping! How do I add my name to the list! Where do I go to do that?

I also have stopped eating red meat.
I have stopped eating the hot sauce.
I have stopped eating when I first get up
I have stopped feeling good about my new self!
I have stopped eating at least 2 meals a day
I have stopped so many things that I can't think of at this moment. BUT I know I can REstart my body into becoming that mean lean fat burning machine! Stand back and you will see!

Yall better really buckle down, because Marylouise is BACKKKKKKKKKKK


I will be posting food intake everyday! Leaving not one bite out!

I will most likely be off for the rest of the weekend. Which is usually what happens - to busy to post. I will be weighing and measuring at Curves on Monday (part of a 30 day challenge there). So far i'm up a pound! but i think im down some inches. good luck ladies and stay on plan!!!

ML: your list above of the things you stopped doing?? Why no red meat? and what meat will you eat instead? and some of the other stopped items such as stopped feeling good about my new self? What's going on ML?

Well luvleliz, I stopped eating so much red meat because I could not afford to buy it. This is changing. I will find a way to get it if I have to ask a cow to lay down! :-)

Nothing is going on. I have just been a little down because I could not understand why my weight loss stopped. The red meat plays a huge roll in losing for me....

PLease continue to follow the thread and you and everyone else will see me turn back into a lean mean fat burning machine.....

I am sorry I did not word my post correctly.....And I must weight everyday. If I see the frendly scales moving to the up numbers, I know I have done something wrong and I will go back and find out what that wrong thing was.


The pound you gained was most likely muscle. I made a big mistake not working out but whats done is done. My muscles have almost went away. BUT Marylouise will find them again!

A while back I posted that I was having no luck with making my Co candy taste good. Well that has changed!

I wish I could spell macodamin nuts! HELP!

Anyway I made another batch and they are very good!!!


I did not change very much about it.

I stopped putting it in the little paper cups.
I started reheating it to be sure it was able to be well blended.
I added cracked mcadamin nuts. SOMEONE please spell that 4 me!

I made a boat out of foil and poured half of the chocolate then I sprinkled it with the M. nuts and poured the other half over top and sprinkled it with Splenda. or of course you can use your fave sweet. It made it look like powdered sugar!
Break off a piece and join the clouds of bliss!
Go easy on the nuts

You will think you are cheating! It is better that FrankenFood bars!!!

It is the same Co chocolate candy everyone is making. The thing did different was adding the cracked up nuts/ The M. nuts. I am so mad at myself for not know how to spell them!!!

You do have the directions to make the CO candy don't you? It has been posted here a few times....


I made the boat out of foil. Just shape it anyway you want to.....Cracking it out of the foil is fun and the white sprinkle sweetener made it very pretty! It would be cool to take to a party of function!

I found this, posted by metQ (4.12.12). Is this the recipe for the CO CANDY?
What are the directions. My DHs Bday is tomorrow, I thought I'd make some to eat at the Rangers.


I use 1/4 cup oil, 1.5T Hershey's Dark Powder, a splash of vanilla, and 8t equiv sweetener( I use 2 scoops of stevia and 2 drops of EzSweetz, but you can use powdered splenda, erythritol, stevia, xyltol, some use Davinci syrup...I use the most concentrated to reduce water/oil separation). Been using this ratio from the start over a couple of years ago, maybe...
