[QUOTE=Kathy623;15607578]Ok! I want to say this to you and everyone on the challenge!!! I am embarrassed for posting those clouds because I understand now what the difference is between DADR and DANDR-this has been a learning experience and I am ashamed of myself!!! I never really knew there was a change because my book looked so old and yellow!! Are you all going to forgive me for making such a stupid mistake!!
Kathy, please don't apologize for posting those clouds. I lost over 50 pounds and kept most of it off for eight years thanks to DANDR and cream cheese. Maybe weight loss is slightly slower, but it is so much better to lose slowly than to fall head first into a box of Oreos. In DANDR Dr. Atkins even recommends cream cheese to beat cravings. Marylouise, I'm sorry you're feeling poorly. I hope the l2th Grade doctor can make you better. Hope your brother is improving too. You've got a lot on your plate these days even before you add food. I've lost the four pounds I gained and am back to where I started, but I'm under too much stress right now to do contests. I'll follow everybody's progress and cheer loudly for the losers and sympathize with the stallers, and try to keep roughly within the 72 guidelines (with one exception being Kathy's clouds made with coconut oil instead of butter and 1/4 cup of Splenda instead of 1/2 cup). would anyone be interested in doing an experiment with me?
I am trying to write a diet plan (possibly to publish?) the working title right now is the No Weighing, NO counting, No mesuring plan what I have come up with so far is a questionare that tells me what kind of plans you like/have done in the past. I take that plan (I have TONS of diet books) and tailor it to the Sonoma bowl/plate method 1 2Cup bowl (for fruit, deserts, breakfast cereals) 1 7" plate sectioned (breakfast or lunch) 1 9" sectioned plate for supper I have been doing a low(er) carb plan using this and have lost 8 lbs in 10 days

Hi Annabel Lee, ![]() Have you joined the challenge. anyway glad to meet you. Yes I freaked on all the stuff Ihop puts in and I think they do add something to the scrambled eggs. So next time I'm gonna ask them to hold it for me. Unless of course it's prepackaged and they can't |

I'm still working my own Hybrid Plan, but you know me. I'll be in for it later, to give it a try. Unless of course the pounds keep flying off of me. Then it sounds like a good way for me to learn moderation on my maintenance. |

I think I have not been eating enough. d. A said we have to eat to lose on the A. diet. It held true while I was busy losing last year so it will work fine now too. I want to see myself melting again! And I will see this.. SO bring on the meat eggs and cheese twice a day...Fixing to fry a naked chicken and use a LOT of hot sauce! and make Fran's soup.. Guys I was drinking fresh home made chicken broth. I am a firm believe we much keep the correct food in to lose constant. SO EAT U GUYS.It has worked and it will continue to works. And I am not changing a think. I have given this a lot of thought. It worked then and it will work now. I think I Have NOT been eatin enough!

Hospital Cafeteria ... grilled ... and I chopped it and put it over 2 cups of romaine, 4 little cherry tomatoes, 4 slices cucumber, 8 olives (greek), 4 little canned artichoke quarters, a little pico de gallo, red onion and 1 pkt Ken's Steakhouse blue cheese. Very filling, but I also discovered thanks to *********.com that my little olives, artichokes and tomatoes aren't worth the carbs, although I will be about 22 carbs by the end of the day, it seems a lot for those things.
