Well as a matter of fact I do have a thought. If you are hungry after eating.
, You have not eaten enough protein and fats. Carbs make you hungry a short time after eating them not protein, dairy or fat does not....You need to look deep it sounds like, to find your hidden carbs....

Crap that is as bad as pink slime hiding in ground beef. Or the beetles they were putting in that coffee!

Well my DH will not eat out so I guess he has been a little right all of these years!

As you lose edit your weight on the List. Leave your starting number and add loss okdokie. I think it would be much easier to keep track of....

I had some chocolate CO in the fridge. I Have found a delightful way to enjoy it. I melted some I had in the little paper cups and added some chopped up Macadomin{spell} nuts. I put it in a foil boat, I had shaped and put it in it then popped it in the freezer till it was set up. I broke off a piece, just now. The Co candy had just a little hint of mint. It was very good! It satisfied a yearning I was having for something to munch on.

I think a little with that kind of nuts is okay in an induction. But heck I am not a expert on anything and I am going to do some searching to make sure it will not make me gain or stall out...More that I am already doing.

Sleep tight and have them sweet thin dreams everyone....I have a lot on my mind about some things and I think I will have some things worked out in my mind tomorrow.....I missed reading some post but I will go back and read them all.
I'm having a time trying to get this new wireless keyboard to respond to me..

You know I have lost 122 pounds so I know it is doable. I think as far are for me my body just wants a rest. I am very tired...

I also think the way I did it can be done for anyone....Dont stress so much. Be kinder to yourself. I just know if one gets too upset because they are not at goal fast enough will produce stress hormones and it does make it harder to lose.

Yes they do. They also put that on their menu ... I think you can request it without batter, that's why I ordered egg whites, because I knew they couldn't add it to them LOL.

So this morning 3 of the 4 lbs that appeared overnight went away.

Been keeping track of carbs on *********.com (LOVE THAT SITE). Always under 20. Check every label for sugar.

I will say my Blood Sugars are great. My morning sugar even on meds has been high and he was talking about adding a pill at night in addition to Victoza injection at lunch, but now they are in the 90's and low 100's. VERY happy with that.

BREAKFAST
3 slices pre cooked thick sliced bacon
2 Hard Boiled Eggs w/ Mustard
Coffee w/ SF Vanilla Syrup, 3 Pkts Splenda, HWC and 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

LUNCH:
Flank Steak
Salad w/ Ranch

DINNER:
2 Guy Fieri's Tequila Lime Sausages (1 gm carb each)
Cheese (Cheddar, 1 single serving snack piece)

Crystal Light (2 glasses)
LOTS of water

I never thought I'd have to read the fine print for an omlette. A poor defenceless omlette. Thanks for telling me...it really helped to figure out my gain.

We can Do it together My son's birthday is May 15, so I would like to lose a lot by then, and I know a lot of others on here are also looking real close at that date.

Yeah I think it's pretty sneaky. Omelettes are just fine WITHOUT pancake batter, actually it sounds pretty disgusting.

Do they put batter in the scrambled eggs too?
On the rare occasion that I go out I often order scrambled eggs thinking they are safe.
I have almost gotten to the point where if I haven't cooked it I don't eat it!
I thank God every day that I enjoy cooking!

Don't know about scrambled, you can always ask and request it NOT to be put in. I did ask with the egg whites and they said they don't put batter in those.
