If a used home is an option, have you tried Craigslist? Many post on there now. If you were closer, DS will have his for sale once he gets house done!

![]() ![]() ![]() She is better! I am shocked at the huge differences between good days and bad days for her! On the other hand I am up three pounds!!!! I think it is just stress because I have been eating very clean. Now that she is getting better maybe I will relax a little and start to lose again. |

Marylouise, that is great news on both fronts, the home hopefully selling and getting some political involvement to get you some medical help! You know we're all pulling for you! I hope your buying and selling and buying and selling and buying and... of the same home was like the stock market in that you bought low and sold high each time?
![]() ![]() Heather, I get it about your mom, it's always so surprising the huge difference especially when it's one day to the next like that. As you well know, embrace and celebrate the good moments, and hang on to them on the tougher days. kittycitygirl, the Guy's bbq sauces are excellent, and I am one picky eater. Like Marylouise, I don't care for any bbq sauce just out of the bottle; I have to have it hot and smoky from the grill. Unlike ML, heating it in a pan doesn't cut it – got to be the charcoal smoky heat! To keep from wasting it all and the grill from getting too messy as the excess rolls off the meat I put a little metal bowl of sauce away from the heat along with what's brushed onto it, then people can just spoon on more as they dish it up.

Hi ML, have you added any green food yet. If so what and how much? Hope you hear from the government soon about the insurance. I know it would help.
Happy Birthday Kitty. Annabel, I went through serious issues with my mother as ML knows and I cry every time I read about your Mom. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Hi Marge I have been MIA because we were on a vacation for awhile but glad to be back. Too long to catch up so I'll start from here. Hope everyone is well and on a successful journey. Linda |

As long as you aren't arguing back and forth with yourself – especially losing the arguments – you are probably OK, no need to worry too much.
![]() Welcome back from vacation, hopefully it was somewhat relaxing and that you at least had some of the time for yourselves? |

Marge, thanks for responding. Guess it is a busy weekend with Fathers Day celebrations. We were in Alaska and Canada and ended the vacay on a short cruise. It truly is the last frontier, so pristine and breathtaking. I am not a cold weather person so could never live there. However that said 9 days on a land tour is exhausting, but we saw a lot, including bears and moose. DH ate dear sausage. I actually stayed on plan the entire time but blew it at the airport in SF on the way home. I don't know why I sabotage myself. I will never reach the next goal of losing 7 lbs.
ML where are you? Hi Kitty, hope your birthday was great. Happy Fathers Day to all Dads. Linda |

ML would love the recipe for your baked beans, please 4th coming up! What is this about the kale chips. How are they prepared? Have you cut back on the protein since you added kale and berries? Scared to add fruit but have been eating greens with olive oil on it. Thanks

I got my hair cut....Trying to take a decent pix to change my Avatar to....Hard work too!
My blood lipids have improved so much it just can NOT be the WOE of eat! IT JUST CANT BE!! One of my sons is helping me research this issue. My mama lost her teeth when she was 32 years old. I know why now! I have the same problem she did. My sister, Nathleen had the same test done last week and she has no blockage. Well I lost my teeth also. Soooo it is in blood lines. I believe this to be very true. The governor's office called me a couple hours ago and said" they are sorry no state or federal help for me". I said whatever! MY wonderful son sent this to me! Resolved Question Show me another » Will apple cider vinegar dissolve plaque in blood vessels? This would be similar to chelation therapy. If the vinegar will dissolve the plaque how long would it take? 7 months ago Best Answer - Chosen by Voters A study conducted in Israel concluded that 1.7 fl.oz pommegranate juice daily will not only prevent plaque build up it will also dissolve existing plaque in arteries. The study also concluded that you will have to drink it for the rest of your life in order to prevent new plaque to form. Another study in Thailand concluded that pommegranate juice also reduces the amount of plaque that forms on the teeth, and I can tell you already that that is true because my dentist noticed that I had much less plaque on my teeth than in previous uears(I just had a cleaning 3 weeks ago). Since I didn't start the pommegranate regimen until May of this year did I figure that keeping it up might lead to even less or no plaque in the future. I rinse my mouth with it before I swallow it. One point 7 fl.oz equals about 3 1/2 tablespoons, so it is not a lot of juice. Just make sure you take a 100% juice with no sugar added. I also take apple cider vinegar but am not sure if that really works because the regular apple cider vinegar you buy at the store is the pits. Try organic apple cider vinegar. Finally, do not expect things to work over night. Plaque build up takes time and to get rid of it takes time. I was diagnosed with having plaque in the heart's arteries and I do have a doctor's appointment Monday to see if things got better. I do believe that it did get better because I have no heart problems at all...... 7 months ago This is coped and pasted from Yahoo.............. |

lots of different ways to do the kale chips. No I have not cut back on any meat or cheese. i know I am not eating enough green food. Need to do that everyday! Going to give it a real try. Blue berries are so good for us. And that pommegranate juice daily will be added as soon as I find it! Daily for the rest of my life. Started drinking the Bragg a few weeks back. It must be organic. Mother in it is the top of the top of the best! I use Bragg. Three glasses a day with 2 caps of V in each glass. I have started using less water. BUT wow its harder to drink. Linda I was scared of fruit too! BUT half cup of blueberries ant gona hurt you... |
