I agree with Mary Louise, when it comes to breaks...the longer you wait...the more it will cost

I just want to say that it was because of this group that I did not mug that guy that was sitting beside me last night at the Rangers baseball game. He sat down with the supreme nachos and a pretzel. Then in the sixth inning I was really not sure I could gaurantee his safety when he came back with chili cheese fries. But I thought of you all evening...what would ML do? What would my LCFs do? and I really wanted to post a loss today. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Sounds yummy I'll be over in about 6 hours
I'm gonna make eggs over easy with bacon (like every morning) but today I'm gonna add some hot sauce to my eggs.

Oh thininside, that is soooooo good.

I wish I could report the same for me. But I went to costco last night and had one of their dogs without bun, but 4 carbs. Not to bad,,,,but it didn't end there. I just started with one almond. I do think I need to save those until I lose more weight. Sometimes they are the start of overeating with me. In the Still of the night. 3 bars at 170 and 19 carbs each and many nuts later. I can only imagine the calories. Because the day ended with alot. But overall my woe doesn't include alot of fat just a little. Well back to the woe today.......Damage Done. I will think of you more next time. That will help

Well my plan today is to go really low. Kind of the Judd principle. Hoping to Do some Damage Control

On and off!
I have love it from when I was a kid.
I love to eat hot peppers too. But no matter, what my husband
can eat hotter and more than I!!

I just love to eat hot Indian and Thai curries.
But I have given them up because of the rice and
high carb count.

Hot sauce on my eggs is good enough for me now!
I enjoy it on chicken instead of BBQ sauce!

Come on, will keep the coffee hot.

I wish I had ate bacon. The deer must have been a runner because it was almost to tough to chew!
I add the hot sauce with it.

I think I am going to stay clear of deer meat. UGH!

I'm like you an all or nothing kind of girl...which is why I'm so fluffy no half cup serving of ice cream for me, it's got to be 1/2 gallon. I can see how that almond could be a gateway carb....I ate one MACADAMIA nut this morning and oh my the salty crunch, yum yum...it could be a gateway nut for me. I'll have to get them chopped up and put in the CO candy, pdq, so they are not so tempting sitting there on the counter. Cause I KNOW I'm not going to overeat the CO candy

Grocery shopping sure is quicker on low carb ... stayed on the outside perimeters.

Chicken thighs, pork chops, ribeyes, kielbasa, hamburger, pepperoni, cream cheese, sour cream, butter, crystal light.

Hamburger going to fry in coconut oil with cabbage and onion and a little sesame oil for lunches. Kielbasa for lunches / dinners. Dinners with stuffed mushroom caps and jalapeno poppers on the grill. Pepperoni to make into chips and a small bag of pork rinds for snacks. Picked up some unsweetened cocoa to make coconut bark ...

Also picked up 1 1/2 dozen eggs to hard boil for breakfasts as well as a big pack of bacon to oven fry for next week as well.

YEP I will do that but this was about 5 ozs. of tender loin.

We are almost ready to plan a few things. I asked for radish because I heard you say to put them in a pot roast and closest to having real potatoes.

I just got told we have some blackberries growing somewhere on this little old 10 acre''s.

I just finished making my CO candy. I followed directions to a tee this time. And this time I think I have a. Them MACADAMIA NUTS busted up are so good in the CO I am about to

I hope you have made it by now.
I am almost ready to try a piece out. The scales were a little nicer to me this morning. Not much, but better than gaining. I am for sure on the losing side again, finally.

Not sure what the carbs are for radish, but I know I can eat them with no problems!

Yep, radishes are excellent in roasts! Never fried them though....not yet! DH wants french fries tonight, so going to make some jicama fries for me! Mmmmmmmmm!
