I'm too afraid of nuts to use them right now.

Wasn't sure on the directions so melted 1/4 cup of CO in the micro then added 1.5T of cocoa and stirred to combine. Then I dumped it out on wrinkled foil and sprinkled splenda on the top. Then put it in the freezer.

Was that right? It tastes pretty good but a little too cocoa-y.

Sounds goo to me...The Mac{spell} have so much fat and are low in carbs. By cracking the you can have only a few in it and the crunch is very satisfying....

But it is so {personal} to taste I am sure it will work anyway you want to fix it.

I LOVE the plain in my coffee with HWC and a sweetener of your choice....

Lets us know how it turns out

I had to make several before I found the one I like BEST

Is CO Bark Candy ok on induction? Sounds really good. How much do you eat in a day without messing up ... going to stop for cocoa on way home.

I really do think its important to eat lots of red meat. I will get some in MAY! BUT I also think the hot sauce speeds up my metabolism!

Eating within an hour is a secret tool also!

To keep fat burning, you must keep meat, no lean meat, in your body!

Mac Nuts are really only fat and a wee but of protein. Not the same as starchy nuts like peanuts, almonds or cashews(too much sugar) Walnuts might be okay, but save all nuts except Macs for later.

See if you can get some samples of different brands of stevia before you commit to a whole box. It'd be awful if you got a box and it doesn't taste good to you. That happened to me. A whole box of stevia I couldn't stand. Gave it to my Mom! LOL.

It's okay, since it's just oil, cocoa and sweetener.

YES I think it helps for the reason being, you want crave chocolate! I am a chocoholic! It stops craving and the crunch from that one nut helps me a LOT!

Think about it. The CO is what you are eating most of. I have not found a liq. sweetener. So I am using Splenda until I run out.

That nut has the most fat and the less carbs. Bust them up and only use a few tablespoons....

Just please dont sit and eat the whole batch. YOU may be in the TMI all day the next day. I can ate tons of it. Been eating it since 2006 so it doesn't bother me... If you can find a liq. sweet that has zero carbs it would be best....

edited to corrected spellings and added words...

Oh Yes, Listen to MaryL, Don't eat it all, you will REGRET IT in your tummy and in your intestines, and in your HotFlashing, and on your TMI Throne.

Coconut oil has to be consumed in small amounts first and work your way up, but that's probably too much at once because the MCT are very energizing in all parts of the body, especially the gut.

Metqa

The No~No is cute

The stevia does take some getting use to. I think I can retrain my buds to love it. TOO much of it makes it taste too bitter..

I just learned from the great and powerful OZ, yea right, that CO also helps kill fungus!!!!!!!

I do like hiim but I lost a little respect for him after he came done a few ppl I happen to agree with. I think Mercola and??? gosh cant think of his name....Anyway he thinks we should consume grains! Thats fine for his tiny skinny frame!
