Hi Ladies, anybody using tha Applegate sunday bacon???? I thought i read about it here??? I had it today yummmy, nitrate free, it said sugar free, but in the ingridient it said something to the effect of 'evaporated sugar cane" Thanks

MaryLouise invited me to come on over, so here I am.

Did Atkins in 2000 and lost a lot of weight, felt great, but of course I thought I could do whatever I wanted and you know how that ended up. Then tried Weight Watchers and lost 40 and gained it back.

Diagnosed Type II Diabetic last year (after 2 years of being borderline and in complete denial.) ...

Thanks! Yep, much better, though still having reminding blaaaas happening here and there. Feels good knowing on the recovery side of it.

Don't even want to guess what I weigh! Can feel it going up! Water I'm sure.

This week of TOM threw me for a week of no loss, actually some gain. I'm up 2.2lbs since the beginning of the challenge. I am beginning to feel restricted with this WOE so I'm not sure if I'm going to keep doing '72. I still like coming here so you won't see the last of me.

Loveliz, please tell me what your blood report said. Did you have high cholesterol? I'm glad I'm not the only one eating a 12 oz. fatty ribeye! Oh BTW I feel gross after today's cheat day eating fruit/pizza/chocolate/real soda/ice cream cone. Not even pleasurable.......well maybe just a little. Now that i have gotten it out of my system for awhile I get to eat cheese again tomorrow and steak to lose weight. So nice to know I don't have to starve after a cheat day like I used to have to do.

Oh yay thanks ladies!!! today i was at 162 so technically it would be 14lbs now....I will see what the scale shows tomorrow though bc I definitely did not drink nearly enough water...ooops! Glad to see everyone is doing well
