Linda Boco In case you missed the post about my book, I packed it! I was not thinking very clearly when I did that! I thought I wouldn't have it packed this long. Plus I thought I would remember everything Dr. A. said in it. Was I ever WRONG!

Kitty has mailed me another copy. She is very sweet to do this for me

Linda is the one that sent me my first copy.

My DH want let me order on line... He is old fashion.

Linda our 2 sons gave us the internet for Christmas! It is a forever gift too! Something goes wrong with computers the youngest fixes it. I am blessed to have such wonderful sons.

thininside I'm sorry your scales were off.

The CO is wonderful!!!!

Come on ya'' lets tell her about the CO and how wonderful it is! For me I really found out how great it is last year while swimming. I ran out of power and my DH would bring me a cup of liquid GOLD! It speeds up your mobilizable. It feeds your brain too. It is great as a sun block for me. NOT everyone has this great side effect. I think it even deepened my tan last summer and not once did I get burned. I stay in the swimming pool ALL DAY!!!

If you was to Goggle it you would be very surprised to see the many uses for CO. I cook with it. I make my DH cakes and such with it. Have you ever tasted veg. oil? Well I have. Never bought another bottle of the junk!

Well about CO. i was looking at a forum on LCF called candida and yeast. That site was full of applause for CO. Interestingly enough it looked like plenty of people have that problem and don't even know it.

As soon as I can figure out where to get it, I'll get some CO. My matabolism needs all the help it can get. Would it taste ok in my diet coke, I don't drink coffee.

Based on the thread title, I'm guessing most of you are doing an extended induction. Does that mean longer than two weeks? If so, how long? until goal? That's really my plan. Is that doable?

And what's on the menu tomorrow?

Meat eggs and cheese with red wax

coffee, tea, coke"I drink diet rite" One lime a day is what he said in the 72, right?
I don't drink a lemon everyday. But I do make lemon aide with a lemon and sweet you like..

Co and HWC- 3 tab. limit, Almond milk unsweet, I add sweet I like...

I dont force anything down. I eat when I am hungry. I do try to keep a little something iin my stomach. Takes fat to burn fat! Dr. Atkins said that not me,,

I found this on LCF. Someone else posted it. I have searched for this list for many years!!

This is the way I lost 17 pounds in 1972. I lost 17 pounds in two weeks!!
I am very serious about this. This is the list our doctor gave my dad in 1972, before Dr. Atkins book came out "Dr. Atkins' Diet Revolution".

ON THIS DIET YOU MUST TAKE A MULTIPLE VITAMIN AND MINERAL CAPSULE!

FOODS

Meat (except liver and liver sausage)
Fish (except wine sauce herring)
Seafood (except oysters)
Poultry (nothing to be breaded or floured,
No BBQ sauce or catsup)
Eggs (fixed any way)
Natural Cheese (with wax around)
(No cottage cheese, processed or yogurt)
Butter
Fat
Salt/Pepper and other seasonings/read very carefully, look 4 hidden sugar.
Artificial Sweetners
Mustard & Horseradish
Mayonnaise * I am going to make my own.
Sour Cream Dressing *
Low Calorie Dressing * w/no sugar
Mushrooms (1T)
Beef or Chicken boullion broth
(No other soups)

*These items contain 2 cal. Of sugar per Tablespoon – DO NOT use excessively
** If desired as often as listed

Fried Pork Rinds (can be used as breading)
Sugar Free Gum (NO sugar free candy or other dietetic foods)
Cool Whip topping *
D-Zerta Jello and D-Zerta topping
Plain Knox Gelatin and sugar free kool-aid (mix together to make jello)
1C of lettuce (twice a day) **
NO OTHER VEGETABLES
NO FRUIT

BEVERAGES

Water (1/2 your weight in oz.)
Sugar Free Soda
Sugar Free Kool-Aid
Black Coffee and tea
Hard Liquor: (NO wine except dry vermouth, NO apricot brandy, drambouye, Southern Comfort, Liquorers)
NO regular beer
Lite Beer OK – Micholob Lite or Miller Lite

This is the LIST I keep referring too. This is my handbook/with the 72' book

This list is on page 2 in here. I think I got it on the other 72. Once someone said it is not A.'s list. Well for me I don't care who wrote these words. It was not me wish I had, but it works!
Look at me....

I am going to post a new avatar when weigh 150

Okay..

I did not follow this to the T~ constantly.

In the very beginning I ate eggs any way I could dream up with steak till I thought I would start mooing!!

I ate the cheese with red wax. I am saying red because it is red in the stores. I never ate more than 10 olives a day.

This is what I ate everyday. All 7 days. I did this until I had lost about 40 or maybe 50 pounds. I would have to go back and look. It is all here in this thread. A year is short and it can get long.

Thank you for all that info. I'll be making my grocery list. I didn't eat well today. I had two grilled chicken thighs & I'm still eating a yummy steak. Not enough & I got way too hungry earlier today. I should never be hungry on this WOE. I just got too busy to eat.

What is HWC?

Thininside I have been doing this for one year

Blood labs were good 2 or 3 weeks ago. I still have not went and got them. I called and ask about some of the things. All's good. Matter of fact, all's better than it has ever been! For me. AS soon as I get them I will be posting the list of values.

I love this WOE. Nothing else does what this does to my body. I feel like a new woman. I am fixing to turn 61. I do not feel 61 today!

If you really want to be able to see those pictures up close please go to my Gallery. If you have trouble please tell me. Some have had trouble viewing them.

This WOE works! For me......

I think It works for anyone that follows the WOE Dr. Robert Atkins designed.

Have you read his first book?
This is something EVERYONE needs to do at least once. I love all of his books. Books that He wrote. To me the 72 is best for lots of reasons. But must not forget his list.

In his first book he talks like he is sitting beside you. I feel very connected to him when I am reading his words...

HWC is heavy whipping cream....No you should not be hungry on this WOE. If you do get hungry you either did not enough or you ate too many carbs....That is for sure.....

I stayed not hungry a lot. I still don't get hungry. There are days I think I could go forever without eating and then there are days I feel hungry. All I have to do is look at yesterday to see what I ate and most time I ate too many carbs the day before.

I ate a lot of steak and eggs!
