Great! I got mine through Abebooks several years ago and it was not cheap! What a difference in this book compared to all the others eh? Amazing. So much better to stick to the basics and keep it simple.

I don't think many who "do Atkins" these days realize that when he first published there were almost no Frankenfoods, shakes, bars and all the ways to cheat yourself!!

Once people get all the crap out of their lives (and homes) it's much better to change for good. Considering this a diet that you stop once you've lost the weight is just like all those poor people who "go on WW" year after year after year after year.......

Hello everyone, I am very new to this site. I was on the 1972 Atkins in 2002.
I loved it! I lost 112 pounds. But I did not make it my WOE for life. I messed up. I regained the 112.

March of this year I started 72 Atkins again. I did fabulous

Around May I was just looking around and I found the Atkins web site. So being as bright as I am I said to myself, go for it. I joined the Atkins web site.

I lost in around 2 months 5 {five} pounds

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A wonderful new friend of mine asked me to take a look at Low Carb Friends!
The more I look the more I like

It is hard for me to navigate now, but I'm sure I will be a fast learn, I hope!

I am back on 72 and I have lost all my energy. I feel just like I did in March. Like a hose has sucked the life force from my body. The way I understand it, this is called the Atkins flu?

I started back to eating 72 a week ago today.

Can I become a part of this thread?

I got my Atkins 72 book today. Following the diet already but want to bone up on everything. I already feel better after 4 days in.
