Book is not here yet - need advice for week 2

So tomorrow is my last day of induction. This week has been successful scale-wise - I'm down 5lbs with one weigh-in to go. I *assume* I am in ketosis - no strips. Have stuck to the letter of the plan so I can see no reason I would not be. So, without the book I don't know what to do for next week. I looked at Fit Day and an avocado is too much to add so I need input on what I should choose. 5 carbs is not a lot to play with, and I don't want to overdo it. Advice please!

Yeah, I'm sure it would taste good, but do I want to wear it for a month?

My book says 5-8 grams daily for a week in level 2 and see how your body responds.
Suggestions in the book include cottage cheese, macadamia nuts,pecans, brazil nuts, more cream in coffee, tomatoes or onions.
Having said all that Dr. Atkins says "The idea is simply to gradually return to your diet first what you missed most". "All that matters is that you add back to your diet a little carbohydrate at at time and that you stop adding carbs when you have reached your CCL.

I am looking forward to adding in some cottage cheese with cinnamon in week 2.

Nice job sticking with it for almost two weeks. They are the hardest.
