Thank you for posting this. I usually can't eat cooked eggs, and this method made an omelette that was easy to swallow, so to speak. Woo hoo!

I tried Julia's method of making an egg in a custard dish with cream and cheese. The result was delicious. I also enjoyed watching the video as it brought back memories of watching her show when I was a teenager. Since I started eating low carb, I use a lot of butter and cream in my cooking, and it seems that Julia did, too. It's wonderful to be losing weight while eating real butter and cream, cheese, steak, etc. My low-fat friends just can't get over it.
