Does anyone here eat only 1 or 2 times a day?
Sometimes I think I'm eating because I think I'm supposed to not because I want to.

When I first started eating LC I needed three meals a day, plus a snack or two. Then I went to two meals, it happened naturally.
This past week I was gaining, so I reduced my portion sizes. I find that I eat one meal now and am not hungry for the rest of the day. |

That tend to be my natural eating pattern, mostly twice a day, sometimes only once. I have been trying for the last few months to do the five or six very small meals per day.

I find that I only eat one meal a day on days that I work (3 or 4 days a week) and I eat 2 to 3 meals a day on the week-end, but always low carb
