Started yesterday...

I've been on induction for 1.5 weeks before switching to this version yesterday. I didn't really lose anything during that time so I decided to try this. I started yesterday, ate according to what was stated in the original post. I weighed myself today and was 1 lb. heavier. I guess I shouldn't expect a change within a day, right? lol...

My official weigh ins are on Fridays so I hope that switching to this mid week will not mess with my numbers. Has everyone seen results within the first week? Has there been anyone that tried this version and found it didn't work?

Thanks in advance for the replies!!!

Welcome, Boo! What I've learned is that some of our bodies are stubborn. I think you will lose on this plan, but give yourself time to get going!

Hi Boo.. hang in there

I did the new version for a week and half.. lost 4 lbs then started gaining so I switched to the original 72 version. I love it!! I just completed one full week here..I've lost a total of 6#. I didn't show a loss this morning for the first time in the past week but that's ok. I feel great.. and I'm never hungry. You will lose on this plan.. just be patient and stick to it. Remember.. you are not alone in this struggle.

I lost pounds on induction and started gaining too. Isn't that odd? I hope that I can do as well as you did in your first week!

Men tend to have faster results than women I find, but I'm sure your wife appreciates all the motivation you give her, just as I did with your reply!
