Foreman to the rescue
I have no oven mechanism at my office and for some reason have never used the george foreman grill that is collecting dust in my cabinet. I grilled up some chicken breasts today and they are fantastic. Very cool concept especially for a low carb diet. LOVE IT.

I love it, too! It's super-easy, super fast and yields juicy results! I did boneless pork loin chops last night (marinated them in olive oil, dijon, garlic and thyme.) They only took about 4 minutes, and were delightfully juicy and fork tender.
