Eating if you're not hungry?
Good evening! (or afternoon, morning, night, whatever, wherever you are
)I re-re-re-restarted yesterday and have NO appetite. I forced myself to eat some dinner, but I'm still only at about 885 calories (48.4 g fat, 7.5 g carbs -- though I don't track my Diet Coke, so maybe a bit more, and 99.7 g protein) for the day. Do I force myself to eat even though I'm not hungry? TIA! |

I agree with what the other poster said.
Without a good dinner the later night craving and hunger will be there... and we all should know by now that eating later in the evening can be detrimental to weight loss. Hope your days have been better since your post last week. Just how many DC's do you drink per day? Are you maybe filling up on diet soda therefore not hungry for real things?? |

sometimes when I'm not hungry at dinner I melt some cheese on my pre cooked bacon.
that way, I'm not starving in the morning |
