Liquor?
Is liquor allowed at all on Atkins? I drink Vodka and soda so wondering if that should be eliminated during induction.

You might want to forgo the alcohol while on induction. Just stick to the eating stuff for now until you get to where you feel comfortable - weight-wise, so you don't stall.
Believe me, there have been some days that bottle of Absolut chilling in my freezer looks good for something - but I choose to ignore it for now! ![]() |

You only hear about 3 fuel sources for the body (Protein, Carbs, Fat) but there are actually 4 (the 4th is alcohol). The body burns alcohol first, then carbs, then protein and fat last.
