I use extra-virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Sometimes we also sprinkle some blue cheese on the salad. Yum!

You can make a pretty lc dressing with mayo and blue cheese. You could probably do a ranch with some mayo, cream, sweetener, vinegar salt and some garlic and onion powder, add some dill if you like that. It would be pretty close to 0.

I use Ken's Steak House bleu cheese and ceasar dressings. Plus Newman's Own oil & vinegar dressing - no sugar and it's seasoned really well. Tastes better than what I can make!

I make my own blue cheese dressing.

Red wine vinegar and a touch of olive oil is also a favorite of mine. Good tip on the Newman's Own -- you have to be careful with them, they add soybean oils (I don't do soy) and sometimes fillers.

I'll have to check out making my own ranch!

Thank you so much for you ideas. I found Newman Own oil and vinegar and it is pretty good. Will check out the website for some more ideas.
