Nuts?

At what point are nut milks allowed? They're not like nut butters or nuts, I wouldn't think. I don't know that nuts stall me and am wondering if the thing about them that stalls is present in the milk or just in the whole/crushed nuts.

Personally, I would think you could add in the nut milks post induction on whichever plan you are doing as you step up the ladder, just as you would add in just plain regular nuts. As far as whether they would stall you, that's probably more of an individual thing - but if nuts don't stall you the milk probably would not, when taken in reasonable portions.

I'm doing Atkins '72 (switched from '92 and re-inducted as of today). I would like to be able to put almond milk in my egg creams, and eat my creamed coconut crack dessert, but am guessing I need to save that for later. It will be the FIRST thing I add back in, LOL!
