Testimony for Cleo's rolls!!!!!

Oh my, oh my!! I am new and was doubtful about this recipe. How could that possibly turn into a roll, and IF so, how could it taste good?

I actually decided to try them YESTERDAY, however, after going to the store they forgot to put the cream of tartar in my bags. Oh how mad. It was not until today that I went and got that cream of tartar and made the rolls. They are so incredibly good

I actually like them better, yes better than bread.

I am not a big bread eater, but love rolls, but something about the fact of not having bread, EVER, was unnerving to me. Cleo, you deserve great big

, to many to post on here!! They are fabulous and what a darling to care enough to share!! To anyone skeptical, please, please try them. You absolutely will not believe them!! Thanks Cleo!!!!!!

I am absolutely going to make these sometime this week...I've heard nothing but good things about Oopsies. I hope they turn out...I'm a horrible cook.

I think these have cream cheese in them, so I can't try them right now (doing Atkins 72), but I will try them when I am not following so strict.

Read my thread "Oopsie Crazy", in the "Protein Power Forum". I don't cook...never cooked...finally married a chef, so he could cook.

I made these the other day...ALL BY MYSELF. I was so impressed with the rolls, that I "supervised" DH when he got home, and we made "Oopsie Pizza"...aka H2O Goddess' Pizza. It was the best pizza I've ever had. REALLY! Believe me, if I can make them...anyone can.
