Hiya im not sure if this is the rght place but i am looking to start a low carb diet as i am on Metformin and need help with weight loss to aid us in our fertility treatment... I am a fussy eater!! and currently weigh 15 stone (i have lost 3 stone since jan 07) so any tips on what to buy and what to drink will help greatly!!

This is a great place if you want to learn to live low-carb. You will find a lot of great information here to help you along the way...I just started this week and have found this site and the people on it to be very helpful...spend some time looking around...you'll be happy you did...

P.S. Wikipedia says that the stone is a unit of mass. It is part of the Imperial system of weights and measures used in the British Isles. 1 Stone = 14 Pounds.

You guys shold go to the team 72 thread. Lots of fun people there with tons of info! In addition to sucking in math, I do not know how to post a link to it. If you go to diet plans, click on atkins 72 and then go to the thread for this week.
