Yesterday I started reading up on low carb again, and came across this message board. Reading everyone's posts has inspired once again to do Atkins. I don't have much to lose, but I do feel better when I am on Atkins. I was doing WW, started in Feb. at 151 and got to 146. I constantly feel hungry or maybe it's because I'm at a desk for 8 hrs. I know when I was on Atkins before, I didn't have to worry about how much food I could eat, or counting points. From reading and researching I know that being on Atkins is healthy IF you stick w/it. That's my problem, I go on it and then if I mess up for one day I get discouraged. Last time I tried Atkins I went on and off and ended up at 162. I am going to re-read the book and hopefuly be successful. I hope to continue to be inspired by your posts and hope to talk to you guys for support. I think I get bored w/meals as far as eating the same thing, and I am defitnely addicted to MT. Dew. When I joined WW, I could eat what I wanted, but eating all the carbs still made me feel tired. I guess I have to get off this roller coaster and stick with Atkins. My husband and I are going to Maui in June and I would love to be down to 130. I hope to hear from you guys soon and thanks again for the inspiration!!!
