Sample Diet

I need some serious help! I have been on and off atkins for about two years now. It seems I get rolling and BAMM!! Holidays, night out with the fellas, or just plain ol lack of discipline.

Can someone offer advice on how to stay movtivated and not give into temptations? i.e. beer (I'll only have one....yeah right)

I work out all the time, but don't eat properly. I can and do lose weight rather quickly. But, again, I start getting a little overconfident, and temptation creeps back up!!!

Sample diet will be much appreciated.

You can do a search on sample menus...I know there are several posted on here.

You can do this! It's a daily choice for me...one day at a time...set small goals for yourself without looking at the big picture. I want to loose 50 pounds this year, but have it broken down into small goals. That helps...

Keep plugged in here and you will get the much needed support!

Also look at the recipes on here...awesome! Keep a variety in your diet so you don't get burned out. That is my biggest thing...don't get stuck in a rut eating the same things over and over and over.
