Starting Atkins 72 tomorrow-How do my menu for the week look?

Over the last week, I have found myself slippin so to catch myself before I go too overboard, I am starting Atkins 72 plan tomorrow. The following is my menu. Please review and critique. I really want to get this right and be able to stick to it.

DAY 1
Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs cooked in butter
4 strips of bacon
1 oz of cheese
Lunch
Grilled chicken breast
Salad made of 1 cup of romaine lettuce, 1 oz cheese,
egg, and ranch dressing
Snack
1/4 cup Cucumbers
Dinner
Steak
Salad made of 1 cup of romaine lettuce, 1 oz cheese,
egg, and ranch dressing
Snack
SF Jello
Fluids
Water w/ lemon juice- 64 oz
Green Tea w/ splenda-32 oz
Vitamins
Centrum
Exercise
30 mins in a.m Elliptical

DAY 2
Breakfast
2 scrambled eggs cooked in butter
4 strips of bacon
1 oz of cheese
Lunch
Grilled chicken breast

Baked Chicken Thighs
Salad made of 1 cup of romaine lettuce, 1 oz cheese,

Hi everyone. I am back from vacation to the Bahamas and it was AWESOME! And guess what, I DID NOT GAIN A POUND! Talk about exciting. Now its back to strick Atkins 72 tomorrow and will be utilizing week 1 menu. Hope all is well with you all.
