Starting Atkins 72 tomorrow-How do my menu for the week look?
Over the last week, I have found myself slippin so to catch myself before I go too overboard, I am starting Atkins 72 plan tomorrow. The following is my menu. Please review and critique. I really want to get this right and be able to stick to it.

Hi everyone. I am back from vacation to the Bahamas and it was AWESOME! And guess what, I DID NOT GAIN A POUND! Talk about exciting. Now its back to strick Atkins 72 tomorrow and will be utilizing week 1 menu. Hope all is well with you all.
