Thanks but that just this week, the 4th week. So I still had no energy week 2 and 3, It was only the 1st week where I had energy. The sweet tea happened yesterday so that has nothing to do with it. yes last weekend i drank but i was tired before i drank. I he still been in ketosis even with the alcohol but not since the tea.

Oh no, it figures... I started reading this thread ....all 44 pages only to find it has expired??

NOOOOOOO!!! I have been perfect for 8 days (ok seemed longer ) but perfect!! and then I finally get up the nerve to post .. to get the big hooray from the great people here and then noone is here! WAAAH!

Anyway I am still proud as hell of myself. There I said it! And also grateful to those who have written posts here. Lizzie

Swann, please come down and visit us at the November Challenge thread. There are a number of us doing '72. I LOVE the plan--I find it far more effective than DANDR!

I hear people saying this too, but they are also a few years older than when they started before, sooo... its hard to say..

I had excellent results the first time I lost weight but then the next few times my heart wasnt in it and it really didnt work for me. thinking I was to lenient and that I could do it my way (wrong!!)

This time I am following the plan by the book and seeing really good results ( at least I am happpy with it!)

I also had t learn not to fixate on the daily fluctuations in weight and see this as a long term process. Good luck...Lizzie
