My life without overeating shows more problems

Hi

I know that overeating covered a lot things which I do to myself. I am staying in a job which I do not like. People do not treat me well there and I do not tell them off and I do not do something what is helpful for people.

I think I am not alone here. I suppose some other people stay in marriage because they are scared to leave, they pretend what they are not and so on.
I will be happy to have a buddy who is from the group.

Even eating correctly does not solve all our problems.
But it deals with one big problem and hopefully as we addressing overeating we can address some underlying issues as well. Some of these are emotional. Some can be related to being stuck in a situation.

sorry Bella, it is not about solve all our problems or underlying issues, it is about that we are aware of the problems which we have and we had and we sort them by overeating.

And I will be happy to have a buddy who is in the same situation.

I do look forward to my next meal beacuse I don't snack at all. You say you are unique because you do not wear makeup. I don't wear it all the time as I like to let my skin breathe. Even movie stars don't wear makeup all the time.

If you are lonely, join a couple of the challenges on LCF or find a club in your neighborhood that engages in an activity that you might enjoy, like writing, walking, reading books, etc so hat you can meet like minded individuals. If you need help with your food plan, there are lots of groups for whatever food plan you choose, right here on LCFs.

I challenge you to star writing down five things you are grateful for in the morning. There is even a theead for that here as well. They find that the happiest people acknowledge their blessing each and every day. What are you grateful for today?
