S- 8 oz yogurt, 4 oz pumpkin, 1 tbsp ground flax, 18 oz salad, 1-1/2 oz dressing

Dinner is always the same but I rotate 3 different breakfasts and lunch is when I usually eat meat except when I am traveling. We just got home from the hospital. DH was in since last Tuesday with an irregular heartbeat. They put paddles on him yesterday and shocked it into a normal beat.

I spent some time on a UK forum, and they used OH . . . "other half" to refer to spouse or partner

Mary, when you say occasionally that you've eaten 1 oz of bacon, is that cooked weight?

Yes when I weigh protein or cooked veggies, it is after it is cooked. So if I have 4 oz bacon, it can be nearly a pound of uncooked bacon. I don't do that often, but it is a special treat.

I usually have the egg, soycheese and bacon with 2 oz salsa and make an omelette.

I use:
1 egg
butter aprox. 1 - 2 tbs
flax meal
baking powder in the end bluberries
it is with a lot of possiblities ( cinamon, nuts, ...)
