Start Date: This time: 5/19/14
Hi there! My meals for today and plans for tomorrow:

Today:

B: 2 eggs fried in butter, bacon
L: Burger, 1/2 avacado, dill pickle, 1T. peanut butter, 1 slice Julian paleo coconut bread
D: Small piece of steak, slice of cheese

I am keeping carbs very low for now to kill hunger and cravings. I've been reading a lot on the NK threads for ideas and information. I had a very stressful afternoon and was able to resist thoughts of going for comfort food fairly easily. That's a victory!

Tomorrow's plan:

B: 2 eggs fried in butter, bacon
L: Tuna salad & celery
D: Pork chops and cauliflower
S: Cheese

Panner with coconut milk - it was tasty, I do not remember all but - gheer, panner, onion, garlic, coriander, cumin, chilli, salt, tomatoes, coconut milk
