B- 1 egg, 1 oz soycheese, 1 oz pepperoni, 1/2 cantelope, 2 oz salsa
L- 4 oz chicken, 8 oz broccoli, 8 oz salad, 1/2 oz dressing, 1/2 oz tahini sauce, 2 oz salsa
S- 8 oz greek yogurt, 4 oz pumpkin, 16 oz salad, 1-1/2 oz dressing, 1/2 oz golden flaxseed meal, 2 oz salsa

I freeze the yogurt, pumpkin, flaxseed concoction with stevia, flavorings & pumpkin pie spice so it is like soft serve. The flavorings vary from vanilla, butterscotch, maple, coconut, coffe or banana.

And have made my own salsa the last few weeks with lotsa garlic. Yumm!

Now I replan. The vedic dining hall has been replaced by a caterer.
Fantastic food -- organic but high carb -- spanikopita, lasagna, curried vegges, luscious desserts. !! Veggies, maybe. They've asked if I would reconsider staying at the hotel because interaction with meals is part of the plan. Fortunately, I've prepaid my hotel so I will just say no, sorry. This is going to harder than I thought!

notice regarding today if you want to do something as pancake (I tried) you need enough eggs inside, I made a dough ricotta, cocoa, splenda, flax and only one egg!! It was not good.

1. cream cheese, cocoa, splenda, flax, 3 eggs - topping ricotta with splenda
2. salad
3. brie with running beans
cocoa

Hi all. I'm focusing on higher fat, moderate protein, and very low carbs for now. I'm targeting 1800-1900 cals for now to make sure hunger doesn't trip me up. I will slowly decrease calories if needed.

B: Decaf coffee w/ HWC & CO
L: Grass Fed Hamburger ( a big one!) and some natural peanut butter
D: Egg salad

I made some mayo today with macadamia nut oil. YUM. That's in the egg salad.

Gladiator,
As a kid, I loved pumpkin pie with ice cream. I can't eat ice cream so I do the next best thing.

I buy Cabot 10% fat Greek yogurt. Take 4 oz canned pumpkin or winter squash and add to the 8 oz yogurt. Add 1/2 oz golden flaxseed meal, pumpkin pie spice, sweetener to taste (I use liquid stevia, vanilla flavororing (alcohol & s/f free) and mix it all together. It is like pudding. The last couple weeks I stick it in the frezer whike I make and eat my salad. It is cold like soft serve. I haven't gotten sick of it yet.

The salad is pretty standard. At night I have a 16 oz. It starts with 5 to 8 oz romaine or other kind lettuce (no iceberg), then I add color. Red peppers, carrots, cucumber, grape tomatoes, zucchini, summer squash, mushrooms, celer, purple onion. Then I out 2 oz homemade salsa on it and 1-1/2 oz (3 tbsp) of Goddess dressing. Te dressing is a tahini based dressing that I buy from Trader Joes but it is also sold at a higher price in health food stores with a brand of Annie's. i have seen other companies make it, but I love it e best. It is a bit thicker. When buying any dressings, I make sure sugar is not in the top four ingredients.

I work and when I get home, I look forward to this meal. It is like comfort food for me. When I was losing I used fat free Greek yogurt but now I am trying not to lose more so when with the higher fat to get more calories without increasing the quantity.

I have pretty much followed the same outline for my food plan for the last 10 years and lost the last 176 lbs doing it. It works for me so why mess with a good thing. I usually have my meat dish at lunch. And I have 3 or 4 different breakfasts that I enjoy so I rotate them.

Thanks, Mary, I am starting to have a complex where I am living. I am living in the UK. Here is not canned pumpkin or winter squash. But I lived in the Czech Republic and I did not know what is kiwi till my 23.
