I give up rules and my healthy plan for me is:

1. blueberry muffin - flax meal, egg, cream inside (not for topping), blueberries, baking powder

2. salad - cheddar, lettuce, bell pepper, tomatoes, mint leaves, salt, lemon juice, walnut oil, herbs

3. paneer, spinach, I was a good girl I left a half my dinner for tomorrow.

I need to do shopping tomorrow.

I've got a challenge Wed through Sunday at a retreat/workshop setting that serves vedic food, all organic. Ironically it is great food that I've enjoyed at lot in the past, but this time I need to stay on my eating plan. No meat, no eggs, some milk and certain kinds of cheese (paneer, feta). Fortunately they post menus which will help me choose before entering the dining hall. Breakfasts look impossible so I am going against recommendations and staying at a hotel where I know I can start with some protein in the morning. Lunches are very carbie too, but I think I can stick pretty much to veggies. I may need to pack some of my secret weapons, fatbombs. Dinner will be a challenge but I think I can manage to find foods that fit my WOE near my hotel, there's a coop and chain groc nearby.
I need to call the hotel and be sure they have a fridge; if not I am driving so can take my cooler with ice. Plan . plan .. plan! I am started to feel my clothes loosening and the feeling is so good I don't want to risk losing it!
