B. blueberries muffin, double cream
L: leftover meatballs, salad - belly pepper, cucumber, radish, avocado, olive oil, garlic, dry mix sage, oregano, thyme, fresh coriander, salt
D: ghee , eggs, belly pepper, tomatoe, coriander

Starting Atkins 72 tomorrow, so the only foods I will officially weigh/measure are 2 salads each equal to 1 loosely packed cup and 4 tsp. cream. I will allow the full allotment of 4 oz. cheese.

Did you enjoy your food?
I made a good romaine salad, I made a dressing in a cup. I did not poor olive oil and lemon juice in salad but I properly whisked oil, lemon juice with salt and pepper. And the mix belly pepper, avocado, radish, romain salad and walnuts is tasty.

Hi Jeanie, doing good. I had a very rewarding retreat to boost my spirit and reinforce thatI took the right actions last week. I never picked up and ate over it. I kept repeating the mantra...I don't eat no matter what. When it was mealtime, I ate my planned meals. DD is getting to AA mtgs and calls her sponsor 2 twice a day, she is reading the big book, is journaling on the steps and looking for a job.

Still need prayers for her.
