CALP was not working, still eating WAY too much so I'm just going to keep trying new things from now on to see what may fit.
Binging is under control right now, but yesterday was very stressful and I saw myself heading down that slippery slope! Got a handle on it late in the evening and today is a good day! for all of us struggling! |

I was good till 12.30, after I was disorganized, I ate a lot of food. It started by a celebration at work - chicken wings. I feel I need always a plan of my food and stick on it. I can not have something what is not planned. Yes I think it is a trigger for me.

Hi Gladiator-
Then go ahead and plan your food. I do a lot of cooking on Sunday in preparation for the week. If I don't cook, at least I shop and get the things into the house I know I will need. I think planning is an essential part tod being successful at this way of life. I always have a plan- I may change my mind but the other options are all legal, low carb foods. Good luck! |

I know that I can make another plan for tomorrow which made me more stronger to stick on it. I feel good about myself. I can not make options. I need to write a plan and stick on it. It is only solution for me. I do not have to eat it what I wrote but I can not eat nothing else, only drink water, green, decaf tea, ginger tea, .....
