Addicted!
for a week now i have been trying to restart my low carb diet, i will start off my day great! i will feel so good and then towards the end of the day im feeling soo good that something in me keeps saying its okay to eat the one little snack i wanted.
i have like self arguments about whetheri should or not but in the end i always end up eating... and i cannot control myself once i start! i eat so much its not even funny and then i feel so gross and disgusted after... its horrible and i dont know how to control it... please help |

I just saw this on the main board. Its the hardest thing to do and you have to just keep trying cause the only way to lose is to not ever give up on yourself you can do this try upping the fat and count every carb Have you tried fitday.com to track what you are eating hope this helps
