Pray for me
I relasped today, after a couple of months of recovery from my binging and puring issues, and a week into atkins.
It was my own fault exposing myself to what I consider my "trigger" foods. I'm a week into induction, and feel as though it wouldn't be a bad idea to start over, Atkins has help me with my portion control, and food choices, and I've lost 5 pound so far... So I'm not giving up One question though, is this gonna stall my progress? I'm pretty down on myself right now, I know better, why did I do it!?!? ![]()

I've found getting off track only will stall you for 2-3 days. Jump back on board and try your best to stick to plans. Do everything you can to prepare yourself such as makes meals ahead of time. And get rid of those trigger foods!
Honestly the longer you stick to the diet the easier it gets. If you can do it for a month it becomes almost natural and SOOOO simple to follow. |

The past is the past--forget about it and move on. You have been doing great and you will continue to do well, too. One day is just a little bump--think about all the days when you did not binge--you're doing well in your recovery!
