Are you a Slow Loser?
I was just wondering. All of us addictive types. Do you lose weight slowly? Does it feel like this is harder than it should be?
I was wondering because I lost 10 on South Beach and then it didn't work any more. So I dropped down to Atkins and it didn't work for a while and I dropped down to Atkins '72. Then five more pounds came off but what is the deal. How could I lose 10 on south beach in one week of induction and now not hardly lose any. I don't do well with low calories. The only reason I can do this is because of ketosis and fat. ![]()
