Aim~what we do is pair up with accountability partners. The partners decide on how and what they will do to support one another. We don't do alot of posting on the thread. I email my buddy frequently throughout the week. Hope this info helps.

I need to lose 10 more so I can quit smoking. And feel comfortable...NUT i have been sabatoging myself BIG TIME and I am familiar with this method of coping/not coping with food
