To get back on track of the healthy lifestyle and STAY there!! These vacation and holiday excuses which result in gains and going backwards have got to go!

The best gift I can give myself today or anyday is accepting the gift of abstinence and desparation that God gives me every day I wake up one day at a time.

Accept that now matter how much weight I lose, my life will be the same. Weightloss does not equal happieness all the time.
