qUESTION/THOUGHT FOR TODAY, 12/17/04

What are you most afraid of about losing the weight?

I am most afraid that I will loose all the weight and still not accomplish all the amazing things i think I am capable of. Either I will try to do everything perfectly all the time to measure up to my new, "perfect" self, or I will be able to focus on one thing in an effective, balance, but still not achieve what I hope for.

It is much easier to be over weight and blame that for holding me back, or just to continue to be unfit enough that simply getting out of bed each day feels like an accomplishment.
