Happy Sunday!!! Tomorrow starts the new 12 week challenge!!

I had the stomach bug yesterday, so ended up eating what I could. Today back to basics!!

Hi everyone,

Haven't been on the board in a few days. Just really enjoying the holidays. Went to the Inlaws on Thanksgiving. Brought a contribution to the table. DH and I really had a good time and food was in its place.

Will check back early in the week.

Hi All,

Just checking in. Hope everyone is well. I spent Thanksgiving with extended family – and am grateful to say that I did not binge or drink. This was a real gift from God and the result of a lot of prayer.

me too back..spent 2 weeks in Illinois taking care of my 12 year old grandson while his parents went to Sweden...Glad to be back home..I never wet off off my diet but I did tend to eat more I think kids do that to you...Ate in a lot of restaurants too...Anyway made it through thanksgiving totally staying on diet...I am thinking of doing the fat burning soup again for a week, I always loose well on that...

Hi everyone,

Today, I officially joined ONEDERLAND. It has been 22 years since I have been to onederland. Definitely, a day to rejoice. My promise to myself is a full body massage and facial and I am making the appointment today. I might even get a pedicure and manicure. What the heck! You only live once.

I am staying in today due to the rain. Just finished peeling and cutting up a bag of turnip fries for dinner tonight. They are definitely one of my favorites.

Well, I want to visit a few other threads and spread the good news.

Well I am in the new weight loss challenge, as I know a few of you are. I don't know if I have lost anything yet and do not even care right now. Because I am feeling great about my exercising.
I have actually enjoyed it this week!! That seems very odd for me to say.....but I know that God is blessing me with this exercise now. I have been on my Gazelle every night...and up to last night, have done 104 minutes and 7.5 miles since Monday!!

So this is an incredible thing for me, because I do not like to sweat!! Nor do I usually like the muscle pain!! I am enjoying every moment of it. It is such a strange feeling for me.
Thought I would share my little victory!
