GOT NO MILK

What can I do, my biggest addiction in milk and mashed Potatoes. I think I can handle the tater problem, but I can drink 2 gallons of milk a week by myself. I'm on induction and know that I can't have any. I've convinced the rest of my family(not quite as addicted as I) to do with out completely for 2 weeks, They are having no probs with it, but it's killing me! Any alternatives, or just anyway to deal with the cravings?

Sorry I really don’t have any alternatives to offer you. However, for me, there are certain foods that seem to trigger a binge when I eat them – regardless of the amount I eat. For me, these ‘trigger’ foods are ice cream, pizza and several other high carbs or processed sugar foods. I must completely avoid them to remain clean and sane. Because of the effects these foods have on me, I am very reluctant to try any alternatives. For me, its better to give them up completely than run the risk of going back into the food. Good luck with your induction.
