Starting Over
I was on the LC lifestyle about two years ago and it went great. But things happened and i am back where i started (even heavier). So now i am back. I am definetly a carb addict and am trying to kick the habit. I am so glad i found this site, seeing all the success makes me want to stick to it.

welcome
Hi Stroogie - welcome. This site is full of supportive people that understand what it is to be addicted to food and have it control your thoughts and actions. I know it was difficult for me to try – one more time - when every other time ended in failure. The difference for me this time is my willingness to admit my powerlessness and ask for help. Many of us have an accountability buddy that we are getting to know and trust. This is key for me in my recovery efforts. Good luck on starting over.
