hallo ppl! how is everyone doing this month? Today is a holiday and i'm busing slaving away...hahaha!!! how are y'all today??
Been doing pretty good and my weightloss has slowed down considerably this last 2 months and i'm trying very hard to deal with it and not get discouraged...also looking at myself to find out where i have been messing up...it's the carb creep...trying to get a handle on it.
