~Accountablility - Wednesday - 5/19/04~
Today I made a food plan and I stuck to it. I did not eat in between meals. I did not binge. Today was a good day.

grateful to be abstinent
Last night I committed my food for today to my sponsor, three weighed and measured meals with nothing in between.
Today I ate exactly what I committed, except I changed one vegetable to another when I made my dinner. I let my sponsor know about the change. Each night I also answer one question from a list of 30 "Recommitment to Steps One, Two, and Three" questions. Tonight I answered question #3, and I committed my food for tomorrow to my sponsor. Thanks for being here. |

I am a compuslive overeater. I weigh and measure 3 meals a day based on the Cambridge Greysheet. I write the food down on paper and call it into my sponsor. I don't eat food (not planned) no matter what. Abstinence is the most important gift to myself today.
Went to a Big Book Step Study last night. WOW! They were talking about fears. I am just listening at this point at this meeting. I do know there is hope. Have a great day. |
