Diana, Well I kind ah messed up yesterday. I ate to much at my RM because I was so hungry and I had a .2 gain this morning, but I will watch it tonight when I eat and try to stop when I get satisfies..

Well we have gotton moved into our new house but I still have alot of boxes to unpack. Got to hurry and unpack them to so I can get my car in the garage. Right now I have them stacked in there and no room for the car.
I have just been unpacking alittle every day because I cannot do to much at one time or I will start feeling bad. My hubby said he would help unpack some boxes tonight so maybe we can get a few more out of the way.

Had my Bible studly class this morning and after that I had to go by and pick up my prescriptions at the pharmacy. When I got in I did unpack a couple of boxes of my clothes.

We have a inground pool here at our new house. We had one in our home in Jacksonville but when we moved here and stayed with our daughter for awhhile, she doesn't have one and I sure missed it to because we have never lived in a house without one. I grew up on the water and I have to have water near me even if it is a pool and not the ocean.

I missed church last Sunday because my whole body was so sore I could barely moved so I stayed home in bed all day. My hubby made me so those spasms I get so bad wouldn't start up again. He did alot of unpacking boxes and got all the dishes and pots and pans put up.
But I did miss going to church so I watched it on TV. Our church services are televised so If I miss church I can always watch it later on TV.

I have changed my email address when we moved and I changed it here
on the board to so if you want to ever PM mail me I will get it.

Mary How nice that you have a pool. I have the whole lake here were I live. We have about 700 ft, of lake front property. The lake is really muddy right now. We are getting some much needed rain.

tHANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR PRAYERS i DO HAVE A COMPUTER INFACT I HAVE TWO.but the problem is that HI SPEED INTERNET JUST BECAME available in elk grove.hard to understand because the town is not that small. But it is $55.00 a month and I don't think I should take on a expense right now but I may have to because it is hard to look for jobs now without the internet. Be blessed hope i can check in soon

Morning Ladies, Happy Friday!!! T.G.I.F.

It's been a while since I posted, but things haven't really changed much around here, except for work. One of my co-workers gone fired 2 weeks ago, which was a long time coming and I believe that it was a good decision on the company's part, [since she was a trouble maker and has an unstable home life which interferred with her work performance]. I felt sad about it, and have prayed for her. She has moved up north now and I wish her all the best. She needs alot of prayer.

Anyways, there is one thing bothering me laterly. No actually there are two things are bothering me: (1.)one of my other co-workers keeps complaining and wining about this girl that got let go, to us girls and is still angry with the company. I'm sorry, but I'm sick of hearing it!!! I can't handle the load she is dishing out on me and I've been biting my tongue. I wish she would let it go.

I prayed about it and I'm trying to leave it in God's hands. (2.)The other thing is that my eating program isn't working, I've gained 5 pounds and I'm frustrated, not happy with it. I give it to the Lord, because things are kinda irritating me at the moment, but I give it all to God. Please pray Ladies, I know this too will pass, I just had to vent!!! I pray that God will give me the strength and the means to get my eating back on track and lose those unwanted pounds, amen.

I know things will work out in his perfect timing, thanks for listening.

Hi Tammy!!!

It's sad that people at work can't accept when someone has to be let go. Because you being a loving, Christian woman can see why that would happen, but for someone who doesn't know the Lord, they can't see. But I pray in Gods time both ladies will come to the Lord and understand why things like that happen.

I am going through a time with my eating as well. I think with me is, I've justified why I can cheat and when I've done it and go back to lc, it's so much harder to do. I can't seem to get past 205! I would love to be where you are at, and hopefully soon.

You've done wonderful on your woe and I know and believe you can finish your goal! You just hang in there and let the Lord guide you to the right foods you need to eat and really try to relax about it. We don't want to worry about this because then it causes anxiety, and we are not to be anxious about nothing. But to always give thanks to Him!

I always think, "what am I in a hurry to lose weight for, all I have to do here is the Lords work and wait for Him to return!"

You're so precious to Him Tammy and I believe the Lord will guide you and help you. You're right, we just need to turn it over to Him!!!

Bless you Diana, and well said Sista. Thanks for your insight into this matter and for taking the time to response to what I had to say. That means alot to me!!! I feel better about things now and have calmed down alot since yesterday. I'm reminded of the scripture verse that says,

["Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for you souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden light." Matthew 11:28-30 NIV.

Isn't it just like Jesus to take our burdens and carry them for us. He is so kind, considerate and loving of his children, and wants the best for us, because He loves us so much. What a God we have, and what a priviledge to have the Lord of the universe to take care of our troubles. God is a God of the impossible, who turns things around on a dime, causing the negetive siduation to become a positive one. Only He can do that!!!

Sorry to hear that you've been struggling with your food lately.

I can empathize with you and know what that's like, eventhough I weigh less then you at the moment. It always seems greener on the other side of things, but in reality it isn't really. But, we have many things in common and can relate to one another, and support each other no matter what happens good or bad. And I'll be praying for both of us to reach our goals this year, 'cause anything is possible with God. He's got it all in his hands!!!

I agree with you on how our Lord is! He is so wonderful and He cares so much about what we care about. The scripture you wrote is so perfect and true for our situation!

I truly believe that we'll lose weight! I am determined to get to my goal and it will happen, I just need to be patient!!

Tammy I am so sorry Sweetie that you are having a hard time. I feel like you are under a lot of stress and when your body is under stress then you will hold onto fat. It is a way that our bodies help to try to cope with the stress we are under. Try to stay stress free, if you can and I am sure the weight will come back off. I know with you being in the work force it is hard to do, but God is with you and I know that he will help you with this.

No, hon, I am doing The Carbohydrate Addicts Diet. I eat only 1 meal a day, but eat what I want to in the meal and finish it before an hour is up.

How are you doing this gorgeous Day!!! Right now husband and I are doing are grilling for the week. We got drumsticks, hamburger patties, chicken breast and 2 new york strip steaks. I know alot huh, but we love it!!!
Oh we got some veggies too that were going to grill.

Hi Sweetie, I am doing just wonderful. I have been reading my book called " A Woman's High Calling" and I am loving it. Did you know that as Godly Women were are Priestesses?
I have never looked at the scripture that way.

Have a blast grilling today and that is making me hungry thinking about all that good food.

Henry is grilling me a Rib Eye and I am making Boiled Red Potatoes, Baby Carrots and Peas to go with it. We are going to share the Rib Eye.

Hello Ladies
Its been a busy week for me getting ready for the craft show March 8th/ But I am getting some things done so I am thankful for that.

Well I made my fourty lb goal this past Thursday evenong.I was quite happy I lost 2.6 lbs.
I had a really bad night last night with my eating I wanted to eat everything I could thnk of for some dumb reason??

So I am really watching it today. I don't want to gain this coming Thursday and ruin my fourty lbs. I want to keep going down.

Please pray for my husband, as he is on his way home becasue he fell off the trailer of his truck and hurt his back.So I guess he will be home for awhile now. Which I am happy for, but not under those circumstances.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and I will be back later today or Monday.

Well I made my fourty lb goal this past Thursday evenong.I was quite happy I lost 2.6 lbs. I had a really bad night last night with my eating I wanted to eat everything I could thnk of for some dumb reason?? So I am really watching it today. I don't want to gain this coming Thursday and ruin my fourty lbs. I want to keep going down. Please pray for my husband, as he is on his way home becasue he fell off the trailer of his truck and hurt his back.So I guess he will be home for awhile now. Which I am happy for, but not under those circumstances. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and I will be back later today or Monday.
