Stillman experts-do you think it is odd

that at the end of day 2 I am still not feeling any symptoms of ketosis? I really haven't been eating much but my appetite is under control. Could I already be in ketosis or am I just so carbed up? thank you

well guess what. i woke up feeling gross so now maybe I am in ketosis. I don't feel real bad just a little headache and stomach ache. In a way, that is good news to me!

It won't be a fun day or two, but you'll survive. I hope you are doing a sensible LC plan and making sure you eat enough calories in the form of fats and protein to keep your metabolism going! Good luck!

It can take up to 5 days for your body to "get" into ketosis. Just eating less will help control your appetite as long as you aren't eating any foods that you are sensitive to.

Hey Mork, it's totally worth picking up a bottle of keto sticks from either your local pharmacy or I know Netrition.com sells them too. I don't check mine everyday but when I've been bad, I always check to see just how long it takes to get back to burning pure fat. They are the BOMB!!!

If you don't feel a little irritable and tired then you're not in ketosis yet. Usually for two days I feel like hell and then I feel fabulous.

Here is a little tip I picked up on Keto Sticks.. Cut them in half... then you can use twice as many for half the cost.. They're only about $15.00 for 50, but if you like me and OCD about your diet and checking your sticks 3 to 4 times a day, it can add up!
