I don't understand why TT is wasting her time on her blog when her original goal was to get a safe place for her and her survivors to chat, etc. Shouldn't she be busy at her camp and quit worrying about what is going on with the rest of the world?

But no one brings this stuff up, because everyone here is truly not as mean as they are portrayed. Umm...except me I guess.

And don't count me as one of the "you" here. Because I am not. I am way too blunt and don't do much but lurk here (and sit on my fingers), so my views and especially the way I say them, should in no way reflect anyone here. They are all much nicer than me.

There is always at least one person whom you'll reach with a direct-to-the-point approach.
It bothers me greatly when people see someone drowning and they're so busy trying not to hurt the persons feelings with words that may speak to the lack of their swimming skills, that they let them drown.

I consider you to be more caring than those who use "soft" words at the wrong time in the wrong situation.

She's doing just what she did here. She'll keep posting that everyone is lying and will only pinpoint those posts or comments that have been deleted, so we have no proof. Except maybe a few hundred/thousand? people who saw her posts and remember what a tool she's been.

But yeah, TT and only TT alone tells the truth and the rest of the world are all jealous liars!

I filed this a.m., but I can't seem to find it when I search for it. Also, I'm not seeing 10 reports (I think I'm number 10) when I search. I'm only seeing MJR's report. Somebody help me, pretty please. Anyway, here is the report I filed. (Hope this is okay to do)

The Original Ripoff Report Text:
Heidi Kimberly Diaz created a diet website and charged members for access. A lifetime membership was recently $59.95. She was available to answer questions on the forums and encouraged people who stalled to go lower and lower in calories. Many posts there showed people eating under 400 calories a day. As a weight loss program, it did the job. But many members later had health issues that were serious and could, ultimately, be fatal. She encouraged daily laxative use. Many people started to have hair loss, heart palpitations, and dizziness. When members started questioning the diet, she banned them from the site, ignoring her lifetime membership pledge. There were lots of unanswered questions, which she refused to answer. She went under several aliases and continually denied that she was Heidi Diaz. She was known as Kimmer on the Low Carb Friends forums and again at her own website Kimkins.com. A previous partner of hers hired a P.I., who tracked her down to Heidi's home and took videos of her. She had gotten her members by claiming to have lost 198 lbs in a year and to have kept it off for 5 years. The investigator's videos of her show her to be a morbidly obese woman who had obviously lied about any weightloss. There is now a class action suit against her for her fraudulent acts. Barbara B

yep, it takes a while to go up. I filed mine last night and it didn't post until this am. They must have to review it before it goes up. To make sure it's relevant, I guess.

Yes she should be minding her own business! But she seems hell bent on letting this ruin her life. Very sad. She's only making things worse for herself by reposting things people have said about her. If she were smart, which she is not, she would leave it alone and let it die. She's the one keeping it going, not us. We stopped talking about her antics half way through the last thread.

She can't stand that most of the low carb community has figured her out for what she is. Her reputation is her own doing, not mine. All I have ever done is post the truth about what she has done and said. People can judge for themselves who is lying and who is not, and I think I know which way the scales are tipping [pun intended!].

I just checked on Heidi's divorce case.....
There was a hearing on the 18th--Hector had petitioned to have the spousal support decree changed.....well---he won---Heidi now gets diddley squat out of old Hector......she didn't even bother showing up for the hearing......guess she had better things to do....

either that or she figured it was a lost cause anyway......

so congrats go out to Hector on this count---but why didn't he ask the court for support from her????

She is a very private person, and doesn't like to leave the house unless absolutely necessary, and perhaps one of her foster boys had a little league game that conflicted with the hearing... sheesh, cut the girl some slack.

I guess everybody like her has to have a scapegoat. God forbid she should take any responsibility for what she did. After going on TV like she did, defending Heidi and attacking Deni and Christin, how can anyone believe anything she says? But it's all my fault (global warming, 9/11, unrest in the middle east, TT's bad reputation, you name it!).

I have become a source of trouble in the low-carb community, and I would like to apologize.

I have been under a lot of stress in my own life for reasons which are neither here nor there in this issue, but have had me on the ragged edge. In one very weak and stupid moment, I snapped, and posted things I should not have said. I did not mean what it was taken to mean, but I do not know how to respond without making it worse. I will not excuse or defend what I said. It was foolish and wrong of me. I was angry, and spoke in careless haste. I have needed time to step back and try to get my bearings. I am still afraid to say anything. I know that anything I say may be misinterpreted, and that nothing I can say will ever be enough for some. But I have to try.

I know I should not have spoken in anger. I still am not sure why the Magic Chicken Diet issue even bothered me so much. It is not as if I am a fan or advocate of the chicken diet. I guess I was feeling frustrated about many things, and that was just the most recent situation at hand.

I am sorry that my sloppy use of the word 'they' seemed to be bashing an entire community of people. It was not at all my intent, and I am sorry. I apologize to those I hurt.

I believe I have said this in my blog, but if I have not, let me go on record as giving credit where credit is due. I appreciate the hard work that has been done to bring an end to Kimkins. I am indebted to individuals who have uncovered evidence, and taken action to contact legal authorities and media, and worked to remove Kimkins from the internet. I know it is a frustrating and usually thankless task. Thank you.

When I listed what I had done as part of this effort, I was not intending to brag or to claim I had done the most. Not at all. I KNOW I have come late to this battle, and I feel acutely the burden of my previous role in Kimkins, every day. I can never undo that, and I know it. I know I have not done that much publicly to fight Kimmer, just some blog posts, and I was trying (stupidly and awkwardly) to list my 'credentials' to say - Yes, I am firmly on the anti-Kimkins side. I am doing something, whether it shows or not. I am an ally. But that does not mean I cannot say I dislike the methods sometimes used, that I think hurt people unnecessarily. I felt I had a right to express my viewpoint.

Finally, when I said "I give up. I am done" I was not meaning to be rude to the poster, 2big4mysize. She was good enough to come to me directly, she made her points fairly, and deserved a direct, fair answer. I am very sorry for my curt reply. I was wrong, and ask for forgiveness.

I did not give a decent answer at that time because I was upset, feeling jumped on from all sides, and somewhat invaded. I felt I had no safe home online, no place to express myself in a candid moment, and no idea whom to trust. I just meant what I said --- I give up. Uncle. I can't do this anymore. I have tried to wage our common battle in the public square, with blogs and forum posts, but it seems I am under a microscope, and cannot afford one misstep. I will just step out.

Again, I am sorry for my words spoken in haste and anger, for my poor attitude, and for being the source of the dissension among people who should be allies. I apologize.

I will continue to do what I can to bring an end to Kimkins privately, in my own way.
