I too am very glad to find this site. Thank you Amy! I am a KK refugee too. I hated to leave but the drama was getting pretty bad. I will say I lost a lot of weight following Kimkins. She had a good plan. But the plan behind the plan... (shudders) Although lately I saw less of this. The site got a pretty good cleanup in the last couple of months and people are encouraged not to starve. That's a good thing! But I think all the clean up in the world will prove to be a day late and a dollar short for Kimkins site. Too much fraud, which is a true shame since she did have a plan that really does work well for so many. Fraud with herself, the Russian Brides, possibly the new front page pic of herself and so much more. I have to wonder why? What a great way to ruin what could have been the next diet breakthrough. But, what's done is done. There is no changing that now.

Oh so the beloved Typotippy is betraying her Cult Leader Kimmer? Nice try Typo...

I’m not all the way caught up yet, so sorry if I’m ‘so yesterday’. You were busy last night.

I woke up this morning thinking of Tippy and her post at Amy’s. She went on national television and at that point believed fully in the plan, insulted previous Admins because they supported that same plan, dismissed all possibility of health risks, and now has had an epiphany. There’s a shudder-inducing plan behind the plan, and she’s now a refugee. Months and months and piles and piles of evidence didn’t do it, yet now is it supposed to be a coincidence that this awakening happened after the money dried up and/or Kimmer turned on her. She wants weight loss support from the very people she bashed and banned. She just suddenly changed her mind. What the fffffffflippy? What will she come out with next? She knew what was up with Kimmer all along but Kimmer had something on her?

Is Kimmer next? We’ve ruined her life and her website, but she’s still just a housewife who needs to lose a few and wants support and guidance and understanding. Will she turn up at Amy’s open door, too?

I think of Jimmy, who stubbornly would not open his eyes and SEE, would not even LOOK when we begged, and never did acknowledge that his opinion of Kimkins was clouded by the money.

Wildangel, about that “Who is Kimmer” site that banned you: my first thought is that it must have been Kimmer herself that owns it and banned you, but now I’m not so sure. There really are people out there who will keep right on supporting Kimkins, no matter what. I just do not get it. Is it the money? Kimmer herself?

I think of Singinglass, who ‘had to get the police involved’ and I want to think that maybe she has a friend or brother there who she talked to on the side, so there is no record. Then I realize I'm making excuses for another liar.

For some reason I am finding this whole thing deeply unsettling and discouraging today, more than any other day so far. This is the dark part before the dawn, right?

I agree, you nailed it right on the head.

Flippytippy- flipflops around so much. She doesn't have an opinion of her own, heck she can't even find a program to work with her.

Kimmer- is so multipersonality that we have no idea who she will be next, maybe she is really a man?? We know Santa isn't bringing her a damned thing for Christmas, she's been a bad bad girl.

Singingforless- she needs attention, she isn't getting enough at home I guess. She supports a liar, fraud who steals from innocent people, so it says a lot for her. As far as the threats, I don't buy it, like I said it is for attention. Since she supports the liar, we know she has become one herself.

I hope you are still hanging around and read this, and I swear to you that I mean no sarcasm whatsoever in anything I say right now.

First of all, I am sure that you have nothing but animosity and loathing for most of us, and frankly, I don’t blame you. I would probably feel the same way. I know you won’t answer these questions, but I would like you to at least think about them.

Do you like knowing that you are associating with a con artist? Seriously. Doesn’t she make you feel a little bit - well - icky?

Can you honestly say to yourself that you trust her? You don’t have to tell us, but I hope you can be honest enough with yourself.

I’m sure you have mentioned Kimkins somewhere along the line to friends, family, or acquaintances, knowing what you know now and having seen videos and still photos of Heidi, would you be comfortable or would you be embarrassed to introduce her to your friends?

If you had a child, regardless of the child’s age - 14 or 40, knowing what you know now about the suggested laxatives, low calories, the whole ‘plan behind the plan’ - actually anything to do with Heidi and Kimkins, would you want your child to follow this program?

Would you want your daughter, mother, or sister working or being friendly with Heidi?

If your mother had a weight problem, knowing what you know now, would you seriously want her to follow it?

When you see the number of blogs and the number of low carb sites talking unfavorably about Kimkins, do you REALLY believe that they are ALL wrong?

When you see people that you personally know having health problems and hair loss - AmyB comes to mind - doesn’t it bother you? Especially since AmyB was a big proponent of Kimkins.

Does it bother you that the success photos were all fakes and that there really aren’t very many real ones to take their place?

Does it bother you when you look back and you read the things that Heidi has said? If you need a refresher, look at the threads on this board that haven’t been sanitized.

Does it bother you, even if just in a small way, that Heidi belittled people and criticized people because they couldn’t follow a program that A) she developed based on NOTHING and B) she couldn’t even follow herself? Seriously, does this make any sense to you?

Does it bother you to know that Heidi lies about almost everything? How can you possibly know when she is telling you the truth? Could she be promising you the very same things she promised TT? In light of TT leaving Kimkins, doesn’t it make you doubt Heidi’s sincerity - even a little bit? Do you REALLY know why TT left? In my eyes, once a liar - always a liar, and the easiest way to deal with liars is to believe nothing they say, so if you are hearing Heidi‘s version, I would seriously have to question what she is saying.

Does it bother you that TT is now gone? Perhaps you see this as an opportunity for you. I don’t know. But what I do know is that she wouldn’t have left unless the money stopped. Let’s be honest here. TT was pretty puffed up about being “Director”. Do you REALLY think she left because of her husband?

Do you ever wonder what happened to the 40,000 people who joined Kimkins? Do you truly believe that they all successfully lost their weight and moved on? That some of them lost their weight and moved on? I think if you are honest with yourself, you can admit that probably very few of them lost their weight with the program that Heidi was advocating.

In wanting to give you the benefit of the doubt, I have thought that just maybe you’ve stayed there out of concern for the members. Sadly every day you stay there, you are only helping to line Heidi’s pockets. Her funds may be frozen, but she’s still getting checks in the mail. Is she paying you? Is so, fairly? Are you hanging in there because you think more money might be yours down the line? Do you REALLY believe that? In this case, it’s like throwing good money after bad. It’s not going to happen.

How hard do you work for your money? I don’t mean at Kimkins. I mean in real life. Do you work hard? I know I do, and it would bother me thinking of Heidi, with all her deception, sitting in a new house with a new car with 1.6 million in the bank while the whole time she was taking money from people who worked hard for it and really didn’t get anything in return for it. They received lies. They received a diet plan based on nothing more than the imagination of Heidi. For some people, 59.95 is a week of groceries or longer. Doesn’t it bother you, even in a small way, that Heidi received so much while these people received so little?

Do you ever wonder why all the admins eventually leave? I use the word ‘eventually’ very loosely because they are only there for a few months and poof. Are they all wrong?

Just for five minutes, please put aside all the hostility and just look at the facts. It might be hard to do, but pretend that none of this mudslinging happened, and you just stumbled across a website one day that told this whole story. Can you honestly say that you would embrace something like this?

I can tell that you are VERY upset because people are questioning whether you lied about calling the police. Please consider this. If truth is that important to you, how can you associate yourself with someone who is so blatantly dishonest?

I will close by saying again that this was not meant to be hostile, and I hope you haven’t taken it as such.

THEN I'm sure law enforcement will come a-knockin. And with the civil proceedings on record, they'll have everything they need to put her in the "Do-Right Hotel" noooooo problem.
